Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped via one of the following carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service, UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (Federal Express), and DHL. If your order is for bulk items, a large custom order, or otherwise cannot be shipped via our regular means, we will contact you to discuss logistics and confirm arrangements with a dedicated carrier for your order.
A. Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products almost anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
In stock items will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Custom orders will be processed in the order received and shipped within 5-7 business days.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges vary by product. Some items will be shipped via Flat Rate methods, other orders will be shipped via weight determined methods. (Custom Orders will be shipped via domestic or international carrier, and pricing will reflect specifics in that order.)

b. Tracking and Delivery Conformation
All items will be shipped with Tracking/Confirmation - without exception - depending upon method used. This information will be available to you in your order summary on our website, or by contacting us.

c. Shipping Insurance (Domestic and International)
Domestic shipping Insurance will be purchased upon request for an additional charge, should you desire. International orders, we do not purchase international insurance for items shipped outside of the United States, Canada, APO/FPO, and possessions of the US.

d. Promotional codes for free shipping
Orders using promotional codes for free shipping will be shipped via carrier and method of our choice.

B. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped via expedited methods to international destinations, please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss expedited international ordering options. (Please note: Due to U.S. economic embargoes or restrictions, we may be entierly unable to ship to some countries.
a. In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
b. Orders shipping to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by both the purchaser and Downright Natural.)

A. In store pickup, drop-off, special & bulk shipping needs
a. In Store Pick up.
We currently do not offer in store pick up of items ordered via our website. We are a small shop, and our business is currently not setup to have customers in our warehouse or order processing center. We currently sell a a variety of different Farmers Markets, Smaller Shops, Craft Fairs, and Farm Fairs, in the South Jersey, Philadelphia, Northern Delware,and Maryland areas. Please contact us for our seasonal schedule so that we can be of better service.

b. Drop-Off.
We do not deliver our online products ourselves. We use a variety common carriers to provide this service. (If your order is a specialty order, custom order, or otherwise not standard, we can possibly deliver your product to your location – given logistical, geographic, and other considerations.)

c. Special - Bulk orders.
Please contact us if you have a special order, or have a bulk order that you need to discuss. Arrangements will be made to accommodate – to the best of our ability – your needs.


2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We will do all that we can to ensure that your shopping experience with us is the most pleasant and fulfilling that it can be. If there is an issue with any of our items or services that we provide, please bring this to our attention promptly, as well will help in any way that we can.


3. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping, handling, and processing charges), refund method will depend on the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued in check, credit card refund, PayPal refund, or other form. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met Downrightnatural.com reserves the right to charge 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items, inserts/instructions, and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by an authorized Downrightnatural.com representative must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you must contact Downrightnatural to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed below, or you may e-mail orders@downrightnatural.com for the requested RMA number.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your return package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. We are not responsible for returns that are sent without Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Information.
4. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item(s) you wish to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled at that time. However, you can return the item for a refund. Please, see our Return policy.

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you would still like to return/exchange your item once it is received, please see above for terms of eligibility.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return/exchange packages. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking. Please contact us with any questions or problems regarding shipping, packaging, order issues, return question, or any other matter that you would like to discuss regarding order fulfillment.
